Ranger Douglas goes mad, agent Pavegeau executes him.Īgent Pavegeau takes both Brandon’s outside and confronts the large “Indian”, he causes the boys to eliminate their powers and runs inside, just in time as a powerful force rips through the area like a bomb. The agents hear him scream and the sound of him being crushed to death. Ranger Charlie gets grabbed by a giant hand, that tears through the tarp, and takes him outside. The rangers go upstairs and see the second Brandon. A powerful force emanates from young McGill and instantly kills the 4 backpackers and finishes Agent Warren off. Agent Jackson tries to fend them off but his skills with a weapon are lacking. It leaves him with a life-threatening head injury.Ī group of backpackers, after standing outside like zombies, burst in and try to take Mcgill. Agent Warren is left near dead when hit by the same force. Rangers Maria and Tomika try to help Brandon but are blown to bits when he unleashes his force. Ranger Charlie is attacked downstairs by backpacker William, and Charlie is forced to kill him when William cuts him with a knife and tries to kidnap McGill.
They get a ladder and take him to the upstairs common area so no one else will see him.Īt 3:00 pm they are advised that Brandon’s parents are stuck at the opening to the park because of the weather. They see someone outside, Pavegeau uses a drone to follow but the wind outside proves too much and the drone is lost.ĭouglas invites them to eat at noon, and then later (12:30 pm) tells them that Brandon’s parents have arrived at the airport and should be on their way to Yosemite.Īgent Warren and Pavegeau find a second McGill outside when they go to look for Pavegeau’s drone. The thunderstorm picks up and gets worse. The rangers think it was lightning and repair it with a few large tarps. His ribs are broken and his movement is limited.
